Some people prefer to exercise in the morning, others at noon, and others in the afternoon or evening. In most cases, the time we choose to exercise ourselves less dependent on our preferences and the availability of time we have. But is there a time of day that the practice of exercise is most effective?
If we train in the morning, it will favor a metabolic function, which will remain high throughout the day, thus promoting the burning of calories. On the other hand, we reload of energy, which will help us to pay more during the day, both physically and intellectually. In summer, it is also when the temperature is cooler.
