Today is one of the top 10 causes of mortality and physical disability in the world, with no distinctions between rich and developing countries. Physical inactivity is estimated to affect at least 80% of the population.
The World Health Organization each year warning of the disadvantages of having a sedentary lifestyle, devoid of any physical activity. Exercise and have active lifestyle can bring many benefits to our body. We just need to book 30 minutes a day for walking, climbing stairs, running or playing our favorite sport. (more…)
