Four levels of relaxation

This method is useful in those moments when you are sick because it helps to build loving connections, to create a relationship between you and your complex body / mind. Then you can take an active part in your own healing process.

First Stage: The Body
Remember as often as possible to observe your body and see if you wear tensions somewhere in the body – neck, head or legs and relax them consciously.

Just go to this part of the body, and the Convince, affectionately called him “relax yourself!” You’ll be surprised if you approach any part of your body, listens, eyes closed, go to within the body of the toes to the head, looking anywhere there is a tension. And then talk to that part of the body as you would talk to a friend, leave a dialogue established between you and your body.
