Exotic fruits are fruits that come from other continents or tropical regions. We can cite several exotic fruits like mango, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, guava, banana, and lychee. There are still others like khaki, kumquat, dates, jujube, kiwi, pomegranate, rambutan, nashi, mangosteen or mangosteen, and tamarind, etc…
Exotic fruits have their benefits on our health. Like pineapple, it helps digestion while containing a variety of important vitamins and minerals. It is really different by its content of bromelain which facilitates the assimilation of protein and promotes the digestion of food.
