It is advisable that we all make an annual visit to the dentist, whenever not a prior punctual problem exist. What is ideal is that there is no setback this visit we make a real ordeal. Tooth decay is one of the most common problems and prevent largely depend on ourselves.

Tooth decay is one of the most common infectious diseases and perhaps it is children who suffer most. Its appearance is closely related to the intake of refined sugars and that ends up affecting the tissues of the teeth. Teeth are meant to last a lifetime, however, if care to young, maintaining good oral hygiene can suffer significant illness. One of the most common is tooth decay.

What is tooth decay?
The cavity is a hole made in the tooth, caused by the accumulation of bacteria on its surface called plaque. The bacteria in plaque destroy the sugar you eat and turn it into acids.

These acids are very powerful and dissolve the enamel that covers the teeth. To avoid the appearance, it is important to have good oral hygiene that prevents open acids pass through the tooth enamel, going to attack and corrode the internal parts of the tooth.
