Generally tend to associate sleep disturbance with insomnia problem, and that this is just one of several consequences that brings suffer from this type of problem.

Modern society increasingly live in a hurry and stress, because that causes sleep disorders are more common every day. Many people now have a problem that is related to sleep and there are several difficulties that may arise, including not being able to sleep or suffer from insomnia.

However, the inability to stay awake is also considered a sleep disorder. A recent study concluded that in the United States about 70 million people suffer some form of sleep disorder as is “awake”, which can produce major problems in the functioning of the person during the day, may also cause or aggravate physical or mental problems. Insomnia can be defined as the inability to sleep or sleeping permancer. When you have this type of disturbance is a warning sign that something is not working properly.

This is a problem currently affecting many people and causes that can cause this imbalance:


  • Insomnia learned: It occurs when anxiety, stress or depression you can not sleep.
  • For alteration of the rate-wake cycle: It happens to people whose work has had to sleep in a different rate than usual.
  • Health problems: It happens when the person is suffering from some illness that causes physical pain and not allowed to sleep in a relaxed and pleasant.
