Insomnia can be defined as the inability to sleep or sleeping permancer. When you have this type of disturbance is a warning sign that something is not working properly.

This is a problem currently affecting many people and causes that can cause this imbalance:

Insomnia

  • Insomnia learned: It occurs when anxiety, stress or depression you can not sleep.
  • For alteration of the rate-wake cycle: It happens to people whose work has had to sleep in a different rate than usual.
  • Health problems: It happens when the person is suffering from some illness that causes physical pain and not allowed to sleep in a relaxed and pleasant.
