We are all aware that water is vital for life. So much so, that our body allows us to spend several days without eating, but not as resistant to water stress. The importance of this fluid intake further increases during this time, when the chances of dehydration are greater. The recommended daily amount is directly proportional to weight, height and sex of each individual, and their physical activity habits.
The general rule is that a healthy adult, with an average activity, drink 2 liters of water daily, preferably between shots and not do much during the meal. It is best to drink a pint before breakfast, another means by midmorning, midafternoon and at bedtime.
In one of the most noticeable areas where dehydration is in the skin, as it appears dry, scaly, shredded contact shown: the appearance of wrinkles is a small step.
