Diabetes and light foods

There is a belief by many diabetic that consuming light products besides being well-nourished with a balanced diet to replace them. It is also common to think that such foods no calories and therefore are harmless to your health.

This is a grave error, usually a healthy eating must be planned, so eating plenty of problems to bring people without diabetes, the more those who are diabetic and must eat adequate strength.

Diabetes as you know is a high concentration of blood sugar that causes the body’s inability to consume it. Many people with Type 2 diabetes (Non-insulin dependent) have developed this condition by their poor eating habits, with a large surplus of calories and a sedentary lifestyle.

The fact believe that consuming light food the solution has been encouraged because these products are found everywhere within reach hand, but in no way solve the problems of diabetes or obesity. (more…)

ANGINA

Definition

All chest pain event related to a “narrowing of the size” of one or more coronary arteries. The coronary arteries are the arteries that supply blood to the heart muscle.

Clinical Data

Clinical examination was unremarkable.
The resting ECG was completely normal except for a painful crisis.
Any interrogation can find angina:
with chest pain to left arm
to pain on exertion and rest
pain in 3 to 4 minutes,
took to heart in a vise.

Pathophysiology

Suffering infarction: ischemia is associated with a mismatch between needs and the oxygen supply of heart muscle:
is the input can not increase in proportion to needs: angina of effort
is in constant need, contributions are reduced: spastic angina.
The decrease in arterial size is secondary to a “collection” by atherosclerotic plaques. (more…)
