When becomes limited to the arrival of spring , we are many and many people lose a few pounds we intend to look our best source for the hottest months of the year, or what is the same, we jump fully into operation bikini. To get to the summer with an enviable body two things are essential: a healthy, balanced diet and exercise. However, there is another alternative, which is to resort to dieting miracle.

The other day, for example, you talk about the Alkaline Diet, which had signed a lot of celebrities in Hollywood, as Victoria Beckham, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Aniston. Well, today we will tell you about another diet that also is giving a lot to talk about lately. This is the 5:2 Diet that, despite having benefits, it also includes some risk. Diet 5:2 is from the book “The 5:2 Fasting Diet” by Jacqueline Whitehart, and consists of alternating five days of eating without measure almost two days of fasting, based liquids , teas and little else. Proponents of this diet claim that besides being effective for weight loss is beneficial to health, as it supposedly reduces the risk of diabetes and Alzheimer’s, and helps to reduce levels of the hormone IGF-1, which in adulthood and at high levels can increase the risk of cancer.
