It’s finally Friday and we are about to enter the last weekend of October. You know what this means? Very simple! It’s time to change the time, allowing us to sleep for another hour, and that at 3 in the morning will never be the two.
As you know, the purpose of this change is time advantage over the daylight hours, although this may provoke some consequences as a general feeling of sadness, fatigue, drowsiness, lack of concentration and headaches, especially the first few days after the change.
