Many people suffer from headaches regularly and both migraine headaches such as migraine headaches can not only be annoying but to be disabling for sufferers.
There are plenty of drugs and medicines that meet a palliative role, but do not solve the problem permanently, because the headache is repeated, because in reality it is a treatable condition but has no definitive cure.

It is not known with certainty the origin of headache and there are several factors that can produce them. However, it is important to know that there are many foods that can help relieve headache and others can increase it instead.

Approximately one in five are overweight who are undertaking to lose weight managed to lose at least 10% of its weight loss and maintain at least a year.
By studying how to take these people, researchers have identified six strategies that are crucial for sustained weight loss. They analyzed the strategies used by more than 4,000 members of the National Register of weight loss that have lost an average of 33 pounds and maintained that loss on average five years.

Just over half of them have lost their weight by dieting with the help of a private program, a doctor or a nutritionist. The other half did it by themselves. Nine out of ten people have lost their weight by combining a low calorie diet and exercise and only 10% did so by cutting calories alone. (more…)

Cholesterol is a lipid sterol family that plays a central role in many biochemical processes. Cholesterol is present in all cells. Its high can cause gallstones or constitute a risk factor for atherosclerosis.
The word refers to a cholesterol molecule and should not be confused with the terms of good cholesterol and bad cholesterol referring to HDL and LDL cholesterol in carriers of the blood.
The good cholesterol and bad cholesterol:
There is clearly no two types of cholesterol. But cholesterol is transported in the blood transport systems with very different roles: Lipoprotein LDL (low density lipoprotein) and HDL (high density lipoprotein).
HDL cholesterol in recovering the bodies have too much to bring it to the liver where it is eliminated. They have the power to clean our streets of all the fatty deposits of poor quality and reduce the risk of seeing an atherosclerotic plaque.This is the good cholesterol.
