Every day we face stress in our lives. “Who was not feeling nervous, anxious or exceeded at any time”?. If we use simple self-help exercises will overcome the situations involved and retrieve the necessary balance.

Throughout the day we all feel lows, ie, we feel that we lost our way or we can not overcome certain situations. It is then that we must grow in adversity and make our self-esteem is significantly reinforced. Self-help exercises based in breathing or say out loud what they think about things, helps to remove a weight that often we impose on ourselves.

Feeding conditions virtually all of our body, and memory is no exception. A good diet can help improve and enhance our memory. You only need to include in our daily diet nutrients that support growth and reduce those who harm them. At any age is good to feed the mind, but you have particular impact on smaller and older than the house.
The physical and mental exercise, and eating a healthy and peaceful life remains in our memory functioning, but it must be supplemented with a balanced diet. Therefore we propose a list of foods to decrease, and one which should appear in your diet if you want to keep your memory healthy.

The aquaspinning is the latest addition to the gyms in the area of fitness. This indoor cycling class in the pool. The fixing bicibletas both the edge and at the bottom of the pool. A study by the Center Rehabilitation Heart of Clinic Valmont-Genolier in Glion (Switzerland) has concluded that physical exercise in a planned way can improve the flow of blood after a heart attack.

This study found that any kind of exercise was very useful to correct vascular dysfunction in patients who had suffered a heart attack, no difference was found between resistance training, aerobics or in combination.
But the improvement in blood flow observed in the 209 survivors who participated in the study, was lost after four weeks of the cessation of exercise. This shows that such patients should be kept in a program constant training to maintain vascular benefits. (more…)

Repetitive Stress Injuries (RSIs) or repetitive strain injuries occur when there is excess pressure being exerted on a particular area of the body, because of which it produces an inflammation causing pain.

It can also cause injury to muscles or tissue damage, but the reality is they are always produced when performing repetitive movements in an area of the body.
In fact, it is fairly common injury-related physical exertion. Can happen to people who use long computer keyboard and although adults are more common in adolescents can have this type of problem to use the computer for too long, playing musical instruments or playing video games. (more…)

Most office jobs require us to sit at the computer for many hours a week, it seems impossible to work out in such conditions. Remember that physical activity is one of the best ways to reduce stress and stay healthy, so adding some active breaks a routine sedentary may cause a big difference in your physical, mental and even increase productivity.

Let’s see how a little creativity but some minutes a day we intangible exercise in the office:
Start the day with exercise cardiovascular, walking quickly or bike to work, if you go by subway or bus, stay one or two seasons prior to walking. You will wake up 10 minutes before but the effort is worthwhile. (more…)
