The Benefits of Fluoride

Fluoride is a mineral that has many properties for our health and which are more prevalent than we think in our homes. It allows us, among other things, maintain a radiant smile.

Why is fluoride good? This question has an easy answer: it is the mineral needed to harden the tooth enamel and make them more resistant to wear. Help in the fight against tooth decay because it gets our teeth become stronger and healthier.

How can we take fluoride? There are two main ways to add fluoride to our teeth

  1. Through the ingestion of food, water, salt or drops.

From time immemorial, the white teeth were seen as an icon of beauty and good health, now and ever before are being carried out many treatments for this purpose. From the social point of view is very important to have a beautiful smile.
