The characteristics of ginger
Ginger is a spice native to South Asia, but now it can be found in Pakistan, China, India and also in other tropical countries. Ginger is well known for spicing food with its pungent taste and smell deliciously fresh. Yet it is also the Indian and Chinese traditional medicine whose effectiveness is very real interest to us. For Asians, who are major consumers of ginger in the world, this spice cures almost all diseases. So, ginger is also used for healing or for the treatment of disease.
For the mode of consumption, ginger may be grated or chopped fresh and used in stir-fries. But add in vinaigrette made with oil, vinegar, honey and soy sauce is a perfect idea. You can also add water tea and you take it after meals or we are marinated and served with sushi or sashimi. But sometimes, cookies or cakes are also made of ginger. However, it can just eat raw.
