More common than desired fluid retention is a problem that affects many people and produces multiple ailments. However, it can be prevented and when they are mounted can be remedied.

Fluid retention also known as dropsy is the accumulation of water and other liquids in various parts of the body, being the most common ankles, hands, legs and abdomen and is usually generated by an imbalance that is caused by a metabolic change in the body.

In some people, heat or high humidity and the use of oral contraceptives, have any allergies, obesity or failure to drink enough water, can bring as a result suffer from fluid retention.

There are several ways to treat this condition, both with specific drugs with natural remedies such as infusions each ear of corn, alfalfa, fennel, horsetail, all these diuretics accompanied by exercises such as the practice of swimming or walking, will help to solve the problem.
