Anyone should be dependent, like any other access to care which would be useful.
10. Qualification of players:
The care required by a dependent elderly person must be provided by trained responders in sufficient numbers.
11. Respect for the end of life:
Care and support must be purchased at the senior end of life and family.

Respect for Persons

Legal protection

- guardianship.

Safeguarding Justice

Guardianship
